This file states only what ImplementAI publishes about itself. Where something is not
published, it says so explicitly rather than leaving the question open.

## How an engagement runs
ImplementAI describes its work in three stages:
- i. Audit - mapping which processes AI can shorten, unblock or relieve, with an estimate of the payoff.
- ii. Recommendation - choice of models, providers and architecture against the client's data, budget and the rules the client operates under, with alternatives, costs and risks stated.
- iii. Implementation - build, test, handover: a working tool, the documentation behind it, and a team that can keep it running.
Stated pace: the first working tool reaches the client's team within a handful of weeks, in short iterations.

## Models and providers
- Vendor-neutral. ImplementAI states that it works in production with OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models and with open-weight models, and selects per use case rather than defaulting to one provider.
- Architecture is derived from the client's data and constraints rather than from a fixed template. GDPR, sector rules, internal security policies and hosting choices are stated to be addressed from day one.
- ImplementAI does not build or license a model or platform of its own.

## Capabilities present on the team
As published on the team page: AI engineering, machine learning, rapid prototyping, process automation, AI integrations via APIs and n8n, full-stack web development, AI agents, front-end and web delivery, cybersecurity, infrastructure and DevOps, product design and visual identity, on-site forward-deployed delivery.
A catalogue of standardised products or service packages is not published; engagements are described as bespoke.

## Data protection - this website, its assistant and recruitment

- Conversations with the website assistant are NOT used to train or fine-tune AI models. The same is required of providers, and the training opt-out is enabled at the voice provider.
- Processors, under Article 28 GDPR agreements: Vercel Inc. (hosting), Eleven Labs, Inc. and Eleven Labs Poland sp. z o.o. (voice agent, transcription, conversation history), the provider of the language model selected in the assistant configuration, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Clarity analytics, consent-gated), Google Ireland Limited (business email, cloud drive), Notion Labs Inc. and Slack Technologies (contact database, teamwork; Notion also holds the recruitment board with applications and CVs), n8n (internal automations). The current list is available on request.
- Retention: audio recordings 90 days, transcripts 24 months, contact records 3 years from last contact, email correspondence 3 years, technical server logs 12 months, job applications until the end of the recruitment plus 3 months (12 months from submission with optional consent to future recruitment). After those periods data is erased or anonymised.
- Non-EEA transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider has joined it, or on standard contractual clauses with additional technical safeguards including encryption in transit. Voice conversation data is stored in the United States in the provider's standard configuration; the policy states this openly, and notes that EU-only residency is an Enterprise-plan option the studio does not use.
- Safeguards: HTTPS, access to recordings and transcripts limited to authorised team members, multi-factor authentication on business systems, processing agreements with providers, confidentiality undertakings, data minimisation, records of processing activities and of authorisations.
- Assistant conversations are read by humans on the team and are not anonymous. Users are told before a conversation starts that they are talking to an AI system, per Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act).
- No automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effect. No advertising or retargeting cookies. Analytics do not load at all before consent is given.
- Recruitment through https://implementai.pl/careers runs on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR with Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code (employment contracts) or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (civil law contracts). Consent is asked only for CV data beyond what recruitment requires and for future recruitment, and both consents are optional. Applications are assessed by people; no AI system scores or ranks candidates.
- Voice recordings are not used for biometric identification, speaker recognition, emotion assessment or voice cloning.

## Data protection - client projects
Arrangements for data in client implementation projects - hosting region, data processing agreements, the subprocessor list for a given build, access control, retention and deletion after handover - are agreed per engagement and are not published on the website. The privacy policy above covers this website, its assistant and recruitment only. For current terms, contact office@implementai.pl.

## Certifications
ImplementAI does not hold ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 or an equivalent certification.

## Pricing
ImplementAI does not publish a price list, price ranges or a minimum engagement size.
